Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking a Lodge Manager reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager; the successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day lodge operations. This position will be on a rotation basis 14 days on / 14 days off as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with all Federal and Provincial licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and site-specific statutory obligations.
Achieve profit targets through effective operational and financial management, including participation in monthly forecasting and budget planning.
Develop and implement sales strategies and targets to support business growth and client satisfaction.
Record, monitor, and report on contractual key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards across all lodge operations.
Ensure productivity goals and operational performance standards are consistently achieved.
Oversee the recruitment, mentorship, performance management, and professional development of direct reports.
Establish and maintain clear performance standards, expectations, and accountability measures.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, responding to issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure daily administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time, including payroll reporting, lodge reporting, client reporting, and other operational documentation.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in hotel and food services management.
Class 5 Operator’s License, with a 5- year driving record satisfactory to Civeo’s driving criteria.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Experience in managing a unionized work force.
Knowledge of remote lodge operations is an asset.
Self- motivated in managing a facility thru initiative and innovation to achieve results in a safe and profitable manner.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interaction with clients, guests and staff
Conflict resolutions skills.
Aptitude to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to solve problems logically, and make decisions in unique situations.
Must be abele to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
