Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive instructional content tailored to diverse learning audiences using tools like Articulate RISE, Storyline, H5P, and Canva.
- Manage multiple elearning development projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, clarify learning objectives, and translate complex information into clear, engaging instructional materials.
- Incorporate best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories to create interactive e-learning modules, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Conduct presentations when necessary, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project workflows, revisions, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement of training programs.
Experience
- Proven experience in instructional design or training & development roles with a strong portfolio of developed content.
- Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate RISE, Storyline and LMS platforms like Moodle or similar systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear instructional materials, guides, and assessments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas confidently.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices in e-learning development.
