We're looking for an experienced Senior Roofing Service & Repair Technician to join our growing Service Department. If you're a skilled roofer who enjoys troubleshooting, leak investigations, service work, and mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial roofing systems and roof leaks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service work.
- Repair flashings, drains, vents, skylights, membranes, and roofing accessories.
- Complete digital work orders, service reports, and job photos.
- Mentor apprentices and support the development of junior team members.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial roofing service and repair experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and leak investigation skills.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and waterproofing.
- Ability to work independently while delivering quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Required Certifications & Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Fall Protection Certification.
- Basic First Aid or Intermediate First Aid Certification.
- Elevated Work Platform Certification.
- WHMIS Certification (Canada).

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
