Overview
We are excited to welcome an Associate Dentist to our new practice, opening soon! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing dental team from the very beginning and help shape a modern, patient-focused practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care with precision and care.
- Utilize dental CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist in restorative procedures and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software tracker and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions in clear, understandable terms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the dental office and uphold excellent patient service standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including updates in medical terminology relevant to dental practice.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, patient health histories, and comprehensive oral healthcare.
- Proficiency in providing a broad range of general dentistry services with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Experience working with modern dental equipment, digital imaging, and other clinical technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and build strong, trusting relationships.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

Pay: $101,992.57-$417,203.57 per year
