Summary
As a Residential Framer/Back Framer, you will be integral to the construction process, focusing on framing structures according to blueprints and specifications. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your core skills in carpentry, heavy lifting, and power tools will be essential for executing tasks efficiently. You will also utilize premium skills in drywall installation and siding to enhance the quality of builds. Your relevant experience in woodworking and concrete finishing will further contribute to the successful completion of residential projects, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Construct and frame residential structures using hand and power tools, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials, including wood and concrete, while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to execute drywall installation, siding, and restoration projects.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed and assist in concrete forming and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
