Position Summary
Responsible for supervising catering and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional client service, efficient event execution, food safety, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise event setup, service, and teardown.
· Coordinate staffing and assign responsibilities.
· Ensure events meet client requirements and quality standards.
· Lead, coach, and train catering and banquet staff.
· Monitor food quality, presentation, and food safety compliance.
· Act as the on-site contact for clients and resolve service issues.
· Manage labour productivity, inventory, and event supplies.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
· 2–3 years of catering, banquet, or hospitality supervisory experience.
· Strong customer service and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
