We are Angel Answering Service, an inbound 24-hour call center providing answering and messaging service for a wide variety of clienteles.
This is a part-time position that has the opportunity to be full-time. NO SALES CALLS.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Inbound Call Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Accurately document call details and update customer records
- Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and call quality standards
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and resolution rates
- This position is in person only and must have reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm)
- Computer literacy is a must (including Microsoft Office)
