Custom Cellular, a TELUS Authorized Dealer, is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Prairie Mall team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales and performance goals
- Create an exceptional customer experience and assist with resolving concerns
- Provide regular coaching, training, and role-playing to strengthen employee skills and confidence
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results
- Build a positive, supportive, and performance-focused store culture
- Conduct performance reviews and create development or action plans when needed
- Prepare employee schedules and manage vacation requests to maintain proper coverage
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash-out procedures
- Maintain high standards for merchandising, organization, and store cleanliness
- Communicate company updates, promotions, priorities, and expectations
- Ensure policies and procedures are clearly understood and consistently followed
- Stay current on TELUS products, services, promotions, and systems
