A growing real estate office based in Shelburne is looking for a licensed realtor to join our pre-construction sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role covering the Orangeville, Shelburne, and Alliston markets — perfect for a driven, organized agent who wants steady income plus real upside through bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Support and manage pre-construction sales for local development projects
- Handle day-to-day administrative work tied to sales activity
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Manage client relationships through our CRM
- Assist with marketing and social media efforts to drive visibility and leads
- Represent the brand professionally at the sales office and in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Must be a licensed realtor in Ontario
- Local to Orangeville, Shelburne, or Alliston (Dufferin County)
- Own reliable vehicle required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience working as part of a team is preferred
- Comfortable with lead generation, CRM tools, marketing, and social media
- Available to start immediately
- Able to commit to full-time hours (40–50 hrs/week)

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about pre-construction projects and answering all inquiries with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and site visits to showcase upcoming developments and highlight their unique features.
- Negotiate terms and contracts effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to company policies and legal standards.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, utilizing digital platforms, social media, and community outreach.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales progress, and contractual documentation using administrative tools.
- Collaborate closely with property management teams, developers, and marketing staff to ensure alignment on project updates and sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly, maintaining open communication channels, and fostering trust throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in good standing with relevant licensing authorities.
- Proven experience in property sales or real estate brokerage, preferably within pre-construction or new development markets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated marketing expertise with familiarity in digital advertising, social media campaigns, and client outreach strategies.
- Experience in property management or administrative roles that require organizational precision and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally handle diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in organizational tools such as CRM systems, scheduling software, and document management platforms.
