Motive Media is a leading large-format print company specializing in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall murals, architectural films, signage, and branded interior environments. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Graphics Installer who takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
What You'll Do
- Skillfully install a wide variety of commercial graphics off and onsite including:
- Vehicle and fleet graphics
- Wall murals and environmental graphics
- Window graphics and architectural films
- Interior branding and wayfinding signage
- Exterior signage and promotional graphics
- You will also:
- Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements
- Prepare surfaces and installation areas to ensure quality results
- Read and interpret installation layouts and instructions
- Work independently and as part of a production team
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Maintain installation tools and equipment
- Assist with graphics finishing when required
- Work mainly in our facility in Bolton, Ontario, but be willing to travel onsite to customer locations as needed (mileage paid)
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing commercial graphics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work comfortably on ladders and lift equipment
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record (mileage paid)
- Strong English communication skills are required to understand work orders, follow installation instructions, communicate with clients on-site, and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-site
