Our downtown dental office (conveniently located near the subway line) is looking for a Dental Receptionist with assisting experience to join our team.
What You Will Do:

Manage front desk operations including scheduling, recalls and patient communication.

Handle insurance claims, billing, and accounts receivable.

Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software.
-
Keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly.
-
Assist the dentist chairside when needed.
-
Sterilize instruments and support clinical flow.
-
Order supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Canadian dental experience.
-
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and codes.

Experience with Abeldent (preferred).
-
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
-
Friendly, compassionate and patient-focused.

Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
Assets:
-
Harp certification.
-
Previous assisting experience in a clinical setting.
