JRG Plumbing Inc. is growing, and we are looking to add a reliable, self-motivated plumber to our team. Whether you are a fully licensed Journeyperson or an experienced 4th/5th-year apprentice ready to run your own service truck, we want to hear from you.
We specialize in residential and commercial plumbing services, and we pride ourselves on being organized, professional, and highly respected in our community.
What We Are Looking For:
We have two pathways for this role, depending on where you are in your career:
Option A: Licensed Plumber (306A)
- Must hold a valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification (CofQ) as a Plumber.
- Proven ability to work independently, diagnose issues, and execute clean, code-compliant installations and repairs.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Option B: Experienced Apprentice (4th or 5th Year)
- Must have 4–5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Highly capable of working independently on-site with minimal supervision.
- Nearing completion of your hours/schooling and ready to take the next step in your career.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for residential/commercial service work.
- Clean driving record and a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G Class).
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Ability to represent our brand professionally when interacting with homeowners and contractors.
- (Note: We do not offer 24-hour emergency services, meaning a better work-life balance for our team!)
