Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our real estate projects and general office operations.
This role involves supporting project planning, execution, and oversight to help ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of real estate investment process, and proficiency in Excel.
We are also open to candidates with additional experience who can support other functional areas such as accounting, tax etc. Salary can be adjusted depending on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
Duties
- Assist in preparing financial models in Excel for real estate investments, including cash flow projections, waterfalls, and valuation models.
- Conduct ongoing financial tracking and reporting for projects at various stages of development.
- Assist with the due diligence process for real estate acquisitions and development projects, including revenue and cost analysis, market research, city zoning study, and development requirements.
- Review legal documents, leases, and other documents related to potential investments.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports.
- Help collect due diligence materials for banking, legal, accounting, tax, and project-related matters.
- Perform basic office administrative duties.
Skills
- Two or more years of experience in a real estate-related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a small-team environment.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
