Chachi’s sandwiches is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality food service to our customers. You will be responsible for food handling, preparation, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling menu items.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
