Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Farm Labourer to support daily operations on our farm. This role involves hands-on work across various agricultural activities, and general farm tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for farming. Prior experience with farm machinery, is highly desirable to ensure efficient and safe farm operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery
- Maintain cleanliness of the farm environment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Support in heavy lifting tasks related to farm supplies, or equipment setup
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery and equipment
- Experience with farming practices
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours of manual labor in outdoor conditions
- No degree, certificate or diploma is required
- Training will be provided
