We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring smooth daily operations at our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong background in customer service. Multilingual abilities and hotel experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and support diverse clientele.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls appropriately
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, resolving issues as needed
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Record reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the system
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry or similar customer service roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Candidates with both Front Desk and Housekeeping experience are encouraged to apply
