Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Pressure Washer / Exterior Prep Technician to join our team for the busy exterior season.
This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on preparing homes for painting. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pressure wash exterior surfaces (siding, brick, stucco, decks, etc.)
- Prepare homes for painting by removing dirt, mildew, and debris
- Assist with masking windows, doors, and surrounding areas
- Set up and maintain equipment (hoses, ladders, sprayers)
- Work safely on ladders and around residential properties
- Support spray painters with general site prep and cleanup
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professional
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with pressure washing
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding work
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
- pressure wash and/or exterior painting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License and Clean Driving Record? (preferred)
