We work with mid-sized and large organizations across Alberta and Western Canada, often in complex operational environments including plants, warehouses, utilities, industrial organizations, and public-sector environments. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can strengthen our brand, improve market visibility, and build a more consistent marketing engine around the work we are already doing.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute. You will own day-to-day marketing for the firm, including brand development, website management, SEO, content, outbound campaigns, events, and marketing analytics.The successful candidate will work directly with the Principal to turn client work, industry insights, service offerings, and business-development priorities into targeted marketing activity that increases awareness and creates new opportunities.This is not a large corporate marketing team. You will have significant ownership and will be expected to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute with limited oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand, Content & Market Positioning
- Own and evolve Engaged SCM’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence across digital channels, thought leadership, case studies, and client-facing materials
- Translate client work, industry insights, and business priorities into clear, credible marketing content that strengthens awareness and supports growth
Website, Webflow & SEO
- Own day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the Engaged SCM website in Webflow
- Develop and optimize service pages, landing pages, case studies, and other content to improve search visibility, user experience, and conversion
- Lead SEO strategy, including keyword priorities, on-page optimization, and content opportunities aligned with target services and markets
Outbound Campaigns & Business Development Support
- Develop and execute targeted outbound and account-based campaigns aligned with priority industries, services, prospects, and geographic markets
- Build campaign messaging, email sequences, landing pages, and supporting content in coordination with the Principal
- Support business-development activity by ensuring marketing campaigns, collateral, and follow-up are aligned to commercial priorities
Events, Conferences & Industry Engagement
- Support and attend selected conferences, trade shows, and industry events in Canada, the United States, and internationally
- Plan pre-event outreach and marketing, support on-site brand activity, and convert event participation into post-event campaigns and follow-up
- Represent Engaged SCM professionally with clients, prospects, partners, and industry associations
Marketing Planning & Performance
- Maintain a focused marketing calendar and campaign plan aligned with business priorities
- Track and report on website, SEO, campaign, and engagement performance, using results to refine future activity
- Coordinate external creative, design, video, or development support where required
Note: Day-to-day CRM administration and pipeline maintenance are managed by Engaged SCM’s Executive Assistant. This role will work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure marketing-generated leads and campaign activity are captured and followed up appropriately.TravelThis role will require periodic business travel to support conferences, events, campaigns, client activity, and industry engagement. Travel may include destinations within Canada, the United States, and occasionally other international locations. The frequency and duration of travel will vary based on business needs. Candidates must be comfortable travelling internationally where required. Reasonable approved business travel expenses will be covered by Engaged SCM.What We’re Looking ForYou will likely have:
- 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, industrial, or technology
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, SEO, and outbound campaign execution
- Proven ability to build brand awareness and translate complex ideas into clear, commercially relevant content
- Strong writing, communication, and digital performance skills
- Confidence working independently and representing the firm with clients, prospects, and industry contacts

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
