The Role & Career Progression
You will start your journey at the heart of our clinic—the front desk. As you master our daily workflow and operational plan, you will have the unique opportunity to progress into basic patient testing tasks, under the direct training and clearance of our Medical Director.
Phase 1: Clinic Operations & Front Desk (Starting Point)
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Handle appointment bookings, phone calls, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Execute daily administrative tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently.
Phase 2: Clinical Support & Patient Testing (Growth Phase)
- Upon successful training and clearance by the Medical Director, assist with basic patient testing and clinical procedures.
- Support medical staff with tasks relevant to your growing area of expertise.
