RoofLife is bringing an innovative roof rejuvenation service to Simcoe County, Muskoka, and Parry Sound. Instead of replacing roofs, we help homeowners extend the life of their existing asphalt shingle roofs through a specialized treatment process.
We're looking for our first Crew Lead to join us as we launch and grow in the region.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the face of RoofLife on the job site and responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small 2-person crew
- Safely accessing and working on residential roofs
- Operating roof rejuvenation spray equipment
- Performing roof inspections and documenting conditions
- Completing minor repairs such as caulking, flashing, and sealing
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Training and mentoring future crew members as the company grows
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to RoofLife standards
- Helping maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles

If you know roofing, you'll pick up our system quickly.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Roofing or exterior trades experience
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and residential roofs
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and professional
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic technology
Bonus Points For:
- WHMIS certification
- Caulking and flashing experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience leading crews
- Customer service experience
