What you will do in this role:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Handle cash and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
What we are looking for from you:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to handle food safely and responsibly
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling purposes
- Strong bartending skills including drink preparation and presentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
