We are seeking a friendly and professional Bottle Service/Server/Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
- Take beverage and food orders accurately
- Serve drinks and food efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, bar stations, and workstations
- Assist with guest inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to smart serve
Experience
- Prior experience in serving preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Experience with serving, upselling, and cash handling in a hospitality setting is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods

Pay: $17.20-$27.52 per hour
