Job Summary
We are seeking 3 motivated and dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, and possess excellent negotiation and customer service skills. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Duties
- Building a strong personal brand for yourself via social media marketing.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience not required, but considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- OMVIC license required.
