We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our Front Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service, team leadership, and hotel operations.

Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be flexible to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk department.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise, coach, train, and motivate Front Desk Associates.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and departmental staffing levels.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor room inventory, room assignments, and room status.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Review arrivals, departures, VIP guests, groups, and special requests.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries as needed.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and audit compliance.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental documentation.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
Qualifications:
- Previous Front Desk Supervisory or Management experience in a hotel environment.
- Marriott experience is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
