What You'll Be Doing:
- Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO, shingles, tiles, and architectural metal).
- Inspect and assess roofing systems for damage or leaks.
- Ensure all work meets RCABC standards and local building codes.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to complete projects on time and safely.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment on-site.
- Communicate clearly with clients and tradespeople to ensure expectations are met.
What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum 2 years roofing experience (low slope SBS roofing and flat roofing experience are assets; however, not required)
- Able to get to the office and job sites effectively and on time
- Punctual, dependable and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
- Effective English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices related to construction is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
