Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Super B Flat Deck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, professional, and takes pride in their truck and work. This role involves transporting freight throughout Western Canada using well-maintained trucks. Drivers will be provided with a clean, dependable truck and steady work.
Compensation
- pay based on a percentage of gross (details discussed on call)

- Clean, well-maintained designated truck, trailer and parking provided
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Super B flat deck truck to transport freight to designated locations
- Properly secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and tarps (as required)
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck
- Ensure compliance with NSC standards, provincial regulations, and company safety policies
- Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation
- Monitor truck performance and report defects or maintenance needs promptly
- Perform basic troubleshooting or minor truck repairs when super necessary
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver’s licence (Canada)
- Must be based in Calgary or surrounding area due to dispatch, yard access, and truck parking requirements
- MUST be comfortable driving 18 speed manual - our trucks are all manual.
- Clean driver abstract and insurance history
- Super B flat deck experience required
- Strong knowledge of load securement, weights, and permits
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation purposes
- Willing and able to drive anywhere in Western Canada
- Able to safely perform essential job duties, including securing loads with chains, straps, binders, and tarps (as required)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
