Regal Security Inc. is seeking Full-Time Security Guards to join our security team that provides critical security services for a prominent hospital in North York. This is an excellent opportunity to use your security knowledge and experience to take on one of the most dynamic forms of security.

Act as a liaison for the hospital by assisting patients, visitors, and hospital staff
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the hospital property to ensure a safe and secure environment, while also enforcing property rules for all visitors and patients.

Monitor CCTV and access control systems.

Work closely with hospital staff, emergency responders, and management to support sensitive hospital operations, including:

Respond to Code Calls
-
Monitor patients that are under legal care of the hospital
-
Patient Descalation and/or Patient Restraints,
-
Provide secure access to restricted areas such as the morgue, while maintaining professionalism, dignity, and respect.

Other critical incidents.

Respond to facility issues on the property, such as fire alarms, floods, elevator entrapments, etc.

Complete accurate reports and incident documentation.
-
Perform citizen’s arrests as may be required.
Requirements
-
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
-
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
-
Previous hospital or tactical security experience is preferred.
-
Previous Use of Force experience and/or certification will be an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication and report-writing skills.
-
Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Full-time availability for afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
