Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Full-Time
Monday–Thursday | No Evenings | No Weekends

We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our friendly, patient-focused team. Experienced LDAs are preferred, but we also welcome applications from new graduates who are awaiting their provincial license/registration. If you're eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Take digital radiographs and assist with digital workflows.
- Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records using ClearDent practice management software.
- Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Dental Assistant (or new graduate awaiting provincial licensing/registration).
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and reliable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who enjoys building relationships with patients and coworkers.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
