Gorilla Property Services is looking for an experienced Property Services Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone with experience in exterior cleaning, property maintenance, landscaping and seasonal services.
Responsibilities
· Gutter cleaning and downspout clearing
· Interior and exterior window cleaning
· Pressure washing and soft washing
· Dryer vent cleaning
· Lawn cutting, trimming and property cleanups
· Garden, hedge and shrub maintenance
· Commercial litter pickup and property maintenance
· Holiday and permanent lighting installation
· Snow clearing and salting
· Operating ladders, power tools and commercial equipment
· Taking before-and-after photos and completing job reports
· Identifying additional work or property concerns
Requirements
· Previous property maintenance or exterior cleaning experience
· Comfortable working from ladders and at heights
· Able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
· Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record
· Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
· Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
· Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
· Able to use a smartphone for schedules, photos and communication
Experience driving a truck and trailer, operating snow equipment, or leading a crew is an asset.
Compensation is based on experience, certifications and the number of services the applicant can complete independently.
