Precision Concrete is currently looking for skilled Concrete Finishers as well as hardworking Labourers to join our growing team. We are seeking reliable individuals who show up ready to work, take pride in what they do, and are eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pours and finishing
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and site preparation
- Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow project plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in concrete finishing or construction is an asset
- Labourers must be eager to learn and willing to work hard
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and demanding labour
- Experience with forming, rebar, power tools, or heavy equipment is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- We are willing to take the time and teach new people to the trade
