Job Summary
Komoka Massage Therapy is looking for a reliable, independent RMT with a great work ethic to join our very busy, beautiful clinic in Komoka to start in September 2026. We are a client focused, well established clinic with a lot to offer. We provide on site laundry, linens, new electric tables and windows in each room. We offer a competitive split with a cap and a signing bonus. Part time or full time hours available with a lot of flexibility in your schedule. Professionalism and great communication skills are required. Must be in good standing with the CMTO, new graduates welcome to apply!
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes, while ensuring confidentiality.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices to enhance their wellness journey.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques to continually improve skills.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a positive experience for each client.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to ensure safe practices during treatments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in individual tasks.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques and an understanding of body mechanics.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80.50-$115.00 per hour
