Job Overview
Batteaux Creek Kitchens is looking for an experienced Shop and Site Manager to join our team.
We are a custom cabinet and millwork shop specializing in high quality, custom-built cabinetry. We're looking for someone with strong hands-on cabinetmaking experience who can help manage both shop production and on-site installations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in custom woodworking and cabinetmaking
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Ability to create accurate cut lists
- Experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with our team and coordinate work between the shop and job sites
Requirements
- 5 yrs of cabinetmaking experience
- Valid G drivers license
This is a hands-on position and would be a great fit for an experienced cabinetmaker / installer who is ready to take on more responsibility and play a key role in keeping projects organized and moving efficiently from shop through to installation.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 per week
