Our client in
York Region, ON is actively looking for a
Customer Support Agent to join their team.
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience for vehicle rental customers and dealer/distributor partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through chat support, website inquiries, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners.
- Communicate effectively with dealers regarding vehicle availability, customer issues, returns, collections, and operational requirements.
- Support fleet utilization, remarketing activities, and general mobility program operations.
- Monitor and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities across customer support, dealer management, fleet operations, and collections.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- Business-related education preferred.
- Experience in customer service, fleet operations, dealership operations, rental services, or mobility programs is highly desirable.
