Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals that meet company objectives
- Develop strategic marketing plans to target potential markets and customers
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- 1 year heavy equipment sales experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market share
- Excellent account management capabilities to nurture long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially in Forklift Equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets
