Okanagan Dodge is currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Floor Manager.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of automotive experience and a strong sales background. Must be self motivated, with a contagiously positive attitude and proven ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
What You'll do
- Work closely with the Sales Team daily to drive performance and accountability
- Manage internet leads and ensure timely, effective follow-up
- Oversee appointment setting and ensure daily appointment targets are met
- Review daily appointments and follow up with customers to gather feedback and drive strong closes
- Act as a product knowledge specialist across all vehicles and dealership offerings
- Assist in closing deals
- Monitor the sales floor and lot to ensure every customer is greeted and engaged
- Maintain full knowledge of all inventory, products, and Fixed Operations services
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven top performer in automotive sales
- Minimum of 4 years of automotive sales experience required
- Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into management
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Precise, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Coachable and able to take direction from experienced leaders
- Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding targets
- Team-oriented mindset with a competitive edge
- PBS knowledge is considered a key asset
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Driver's License
