Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management and validation of daily planning
- Assignment and management of work shifts in the time and attendance system
- Management of shifts and overtime
- Communication of schedule changes to employees
- Daily communication with the various departments of the company
- Responsible for the daily management of equipment rental
- Writing daily reports
- DSR Manager
- Communicate daily with the GSE department
- Communicate daily with supervisors from different departments
- Creation of work schedules for various departments (D -1 day)
- Respects weekly budgeted hours
- Makes necessary changes to schedules weekly
- Organizes and coordinates flight schedules (D - 3 days to D -1 day)
- Responsible for managing and updating various systems
- Any other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous airline operations experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example by creating a positive learning and work environment.
- Must have a valid RAIC, AVOP and a provincial Driver’s license.
- You should have a flexible work schedule and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Attentive to detail and able to follow procedures while maintaining operational flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of safety, operational, and customer service standards.
- Analytical mindset with attention to procedural detail and compliance.
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearance.
- Must successfully complete mandatory trainings.
