Responsibilities

- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Handle inventory management, including stock levels, pricing, and product displays.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll, sales transactions, and employee performance.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

- Proven experience in training development and team management within a retail environment.
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive results through effective strategies.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions and inquiries.
