Tommy Gun’s Deerfoot Meadows is looking for an experienced barber who takes pride in their work and wants to become the barber guests ask for by name.
Deerfoot Meadows is a growth location with room for an experienced barber to build a strong requested clientele.
You’ll have the security of a guaranteed hourly wage while you build, walk-in traffic from an established national brand, and a guest check-in system that allows clients to request their preferred barber.
The opportunity is simple: turn first-time guests into repeat guests, build your requested book and increase your earnings as your productivity grows.
We’re looking for someone who delivers great cuts, gives a proper consultation, works at a professional pace and understands that how a guest is treated matters just as much as the finished haircut.
Deerfoot Meadows is conveniently located next to IKEA, Costco and Walmart. The shop is locally owned, and we’re actively working to grow the location and bring more guests through the doors.

Schedule
Full-time positions are regularly scheduled 36+ hours per week.
Part-time positions are generally 20–30 hours per week.
The shop operates evenings and weekends. We’re looking for reasonable availability and will work with the right candidate to establish a consistent schedule.
Who We Want to Hear From
2+ years of paid professional barbering experience required.
Applicants must be legally authorized to perform barbering services in Alberta.
You should already be confident with:
- Fades and tapers
- Clipper and scissor work
- Beard trims and detailing
- Straight-razor services
- Professional consultations
- Clean, consistent finishing work
You should be able to provide a thorough consultation, deliver quality work at a professional pace and give guests a reason to ask for you again.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their craft and understands that a strong clientele is built through great work, consistency and repeat guests.
