About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador to represent Polar Refrigeration at our Costco booth in Prince George.
This is a customer engagement and lead-generation position. Your main goal is to connect with Costco members, answer basic questions about our heating and cooling services, and help interested customers book a free in-home HVAC quote.
If you enjoy talking to people, can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, and aren't afraid to say hello to a stranger, you may be a great fit for this role!
What You'll Do
- Represent Polar Refrigeration professionally at our Costco booth
- Greet Costco members and engage them in friendly, low-pressure conversations
- Explain our HVAC services and the benefits of a free in-home quote
- Answer basic questions about furnaces, air conditioners, and related services
- Identify interested customers and schedule free in-home quotes
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional
- Work independently and reliably during scheduled shifts

Experience
HVAC experience is an asset, but not required.
Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you become familiar with our services and confidently communicate with potential customers.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people.
Schedule
The regular schedule is 3–5 days per week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
A few times throughout the year, working 40 hours per week, five days per week, will be required. We prefer candidates who are available to work 40 hours per week on a regular basis, but we are willing to consider candidates who can commit to a minimum of three days per week.
Compensation
- $20/hour
- Commission for each successful quote booking
- Opportunity to increase your earnings through commission
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
