Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, construction experience, and the ability to interpret schematics. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to ensure efficient and quality service delivery, contributing to the comfort and safety of our customers’ environments.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and related components according to specifications and schematics
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing HVAC units
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation after installation or repair
- Assist with plumbing, welding, boiler work, and appliance repair as needed during installations or maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operation and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Mechanical knowledge with a background in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, or appliance repair preferred
- Construction experience or mechanic background is highly advantageous
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
