Key Duties & Responsibilities:
. Dispatch small fleet for local GTA deliveries
· Plan and execute daily work schedule for drivers
· Answering driver emails and phone calls
· Optimize use of all assets to increase company profitability
· Make quick logistical decisions for customer and company
· Work with customer service team
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 1 year transportation dispatch experience required
· Knowledge of the LTL & Bonded warehouse industries would be an asset
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
· Fluent in English (written and verbal)
· Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
· Ability to handle stress well
· Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Outlook & Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
