The Opportunity
We are hiring a Project Coordinator who is eager to build a long-term career in project management. This is a developmental position with a clear, supported pathway to Project Manager. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and progressively increasing responsibility so you can confidently step into leading projects independently.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Occasional travel to project sites across Canada and the U.S. may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Support projects from initiation and quoting through execution, close-out, and warranty hand-off
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams (sales, engineering, production, and installation)
- Prepare, track, and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders (COs), site instructions, and related records
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to keep projects on time and on budget
- Work within our ERP system (Odoo) and project management platform (monday.com) for tracking, workflows, quoting, and documentation
- Identify issues or risks early and help drive timely resolutions
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and standardization of project workflows
- Actively participate in training and development activities designed to prepare you for Project Manager responsibilities (client relationship ownership, independent project leadership, team coordination, etc.)
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of project coordination or project administration experience (construction, commercial interiors, manufacturing, or building products industry is a strong asset)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP systems and project management tools is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow into a Project Manager role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (occasional site visits may be required)
- Familiarity with change management processes, construction documentation, and Canadian industry practices is an advantage
