We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team and assist with daily business operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain company books using QuickBooks
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end reconciliations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field crews
- Support the Director with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Manage records, invoices, and general office administration
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
