Responsibilities
- Lead successful buyer/seller consultations, arrange buyer tours, manage and close listing presentations
- Operate leading edge customer relationship management software to create daily tasks, follow up with leads, and respond to inquiries by email
- Make regular calls to maintain relationships with clients and/or leads
- Use advanced tracking tools to follow up on daily tasks and monitor progress weekly
- Engage with market leaders, developers, and industry experts in presale/preconstruction
- Upload documentation to internal database
- Draft winning purchasing contracts, listing agreements, and prepare documents and templates to facilitate real estate transactions
- Manage and organize company documents
- Manage social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. Ie. Facebook posts, instagram posts & story, media planning for Youtube.
- Post new pages on company website, write content for new real estate developments
- Operate email marketing software to maintain and monitor leads
- Execute effective social media marketing campaigns email marketing platforms and create engaging online content
- Manage real estate transactions from beginning to end, including respond to website lead inquiries attend showings, possession of keys, inspection appointments, and pickup and delivery of legal tender
- Learn how to become the BEST in the industry
Requirements
- Real Estate Trading Services License
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle and computer
- Education: High school
Business Equipment + Computer Applications
- MS Word/Excel, Google Drive / Dropbox, Google Calendar, Gmail
- Social Media: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram
Personal Skills
