Event Bartender / Event Staff — Glass & Lumber

About the Role
As Event Staff at Glass & Lumber, you'll play a key role in making every event run smoothly — from setup to last call to teardown. This is a hands-on, physically active position that's perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient beverage service to guests during events
- Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and other event furniture
- Maintain a clean, organized venue before, during, and after events
- Assist with general event prep and breakdown duties
- Lift and move furniture and equipment (heavy lifting required)
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Valid SIRS (Server Intervention Responsible Service) certification
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (tables, chairs, equipment)
- Availability for day or night shifts
- Friday–Sunday availability preferred — flexibility with scheduling is a strong asset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per local regulations
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous bartending or event service experience
Compensation
Starting wage: $19/hour
Meal included on shift

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
