We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hands-on Resident Manager Team of two to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment building with approximately 80 residential units.
This is a live-in position for two individuals who work well together and are interested in taking an active role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming residential community.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will be shared between the two Resident Managers and may include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of an approximately 80-unit apartment building.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to current and prospective residents.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, suite inspections, and resident-related activities.
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Show available suites and assist with rental inquiries.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the building, common areas, and property grounds.
- Monitor the property and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, vendors, and the management office as required.
- Help ensure common areas and the property remain clean, presentable, and well maintained.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, documentation, notices, and property records.
- Ensure company policies, building rules, and safety procedures are followed.
- Respond to occasional after-hours property matters when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, apartment management, hospitality, customer service, maintenance, or a similar role is an asset.
- Must be applying as a team of two individuals who can share the responsibilities of the position.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable interacting with residents and addressing day-to-day concerns professionally.
- Able to identify property or maintenance concerns and coordinate with the appropriate personnel.
- Flexible, responsible, and committed to maintaining a professional residential environment.
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for two dependable individuals with complementary skills who can work together to manage the property effectively.
Experience in areas such as property management, administration, customer service, maintenance, hospitality, or building operations would be an asset.

Experience:
- Property Management: 1 year preferred
- Apartment or Residential Management: 1 year preferred
- Customer Service, Hospitality, or Maintenance: Experience considered an asset
