Pay Rate: Starting at $20.60/hour + Shift Premium on Afternoons and Midnights

Shifts Available:
- Days (6:30 AM-2:30 PM)
- Afternoons (2:30 PM- 10:30 PM)
- Midnights (10:30 PM- 6:30 AM)
- Must be available to work all shifts as required.
Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. is currently seeking reliable and motivated General Labour / Production Associates for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in St. Thomas, ON. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with the potential for long-term employment.
- Assemble and inspect automotive components.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
- Load and unload materials throughout the production process.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from St. Thomas is required.
- Must have CSA-approved safety shoes.
- Competitive starting wage of $20.60/hour.
