HIRING for a PART-TIME Customer Service/Sales role
Target Sports Canada in Stouffville is looking to hire a new team member with front-of-house customer service experience.
What is the job?
Customer service functions including greeting customers when they enter the facility, answering phones, responding to emails.
The processing and renewal of memberships both in-store and remotely.
Providing tours and answering questions regarding the facility.
Assist the retail staff with sales and required documentation.
Support the team by making sure information in the retail/sales area is recorded properly and accurately.
Assist with checking guests in, as well as payment processing.
To be successful in this role:
This person needs to have a proven track record in a fast paced, client focused organization.
This person must be reasonably proficient in standard office software and equipment.
Above all, this person needs to have experience in an environment where they have had to prioritize their workload, handle deadlines and communicate with their supervisors to ensure the corporate process are followed.
Managing expectations:
For most clients, this is the first person that they will interact with. As such, we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a personable demeanor.
The schedule is Friday to Monday (including holiday's) and is a combination of both day and evening shifts. It cannot be done remotely.
Firearms license (PAL) and knowledge of firearms is required. Criminal background checks will be required upon hiring.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
