We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring that all food items are prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and attractively displayed.
- Cook and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items and accommodate special requests.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques.
- Must be able to maintain a clean work environment at all times.
