Duties

- Help with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, disabilities, or those receiving hospice care
- Support patients with mobility challenges through safe lifting and transfer techniques
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor health status and report any concerns promptly
Skills
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice support, and disability assistance enhances your effectiveness
